Our team onboards dozens of clients, both large and small, every quarter. On average, most Social Media clients get onboarded within 4-5 business days.
If you already have an existing business Facebook/Instagram, or other social profile, just add us to your account and we’ll take care of the rest! *Note, we require admin access in order to properly integrate with your account.
We tie in directly with Meta (Facebook & Instagram), which lets you access your content performance in near real-time! For paid campaigns, you’ll be able to view your campaign performance in the GMS Business Center. Depending on your subscription, we also send you scheduled performance reports and insights along with regular consulting and guidance from our team.
When Advertising Through GMS
For your success, we recommend a minimum budget of $500/month (this excludes your management fees). Every industry is different and you may need a stronger budget to stay competitive in your local market. You can fluctuate your budget as needed. We’ll update you when you’re running low on ad budget or when there’s a cost reduction in leads so we can spend more aggressively. When Advertising Through Our Partners
Each Advertising Partner will have different spend minimums based on a number of factors including: the platforms you want your ads distributed to, the length of your campaign, and level of desired support. We’re in constant communication with our advertisers to ensure you’re getting the best pricing possible for your marketing initiatives.
A content shoot is a catch-all term for any type of media capture project. During this creative session, we capture photos, audio, and/or videos specifically designed for your business, brand, or personal goals. Whether it's for social media, your website, your podcast, or promotional campaigns, a content shoot ensures you have the visuals you need to stand out!
A deposit is required in order to book any content shoot, whether it's photography, videography, or a mix of both. Deposits start at a minimum of $50 and may vary greatly depending on the scope of work at hand. All deposits are non-refundable.
Yes, we are more than happy to travel to your desired location for on-location shoots. Whether it's a destination wedding, an outdoor adventure, or a specific venue, we will work with you to capture the perfect shots in your desired setting. Please note, travel fees vary depending on the desired location.
For clarity and creative consistency, we do not allow any other photographers or content creators to be present during the shoot. This policy ensures that the creative vision and professionalism of the shoot remain aligned with the services we are providing.
Anyone attending the shoot must RSVP in advance so we can manage the space and maintain a productive environment. However, please note that guests are not allowed to give directions or interfere with the creative process during the shoot.
If necessary, guests may be asked to wait in the lobby or a separate area to avoid disruptions. Our team works hard to ensure a smooth and focused session to create the best results for you!

The exact turnaround time may vary depending on the scope of the project, but we typically provide a preview of the images shortly after the shoot, with the final edited photos delivered within 1-2 weeks for smaller projects, and 2-3 weeks for larger projects. You can also add-on expedited editing for faster delivery.
