Q: Where is Golden Medina Services headquartered?
A: Golden Medina Services is currently headquartered in Las Vegas, NV. Our mailing address is 4001 S Decatur Blvd, Ste 37-475, Las Vegas, NV 89103. We have plans to build a second headquarter in Florida towards the spring of 2021.
Q: Can people schedule an appointment to visit the Golden Medina Services Headquarters?
A: As of April 2020, Golden Medina Services has permanently shifted to a remote service business model. Only select employees are allowed at GMS Headquarters.
*Note, for clients who prefer onsite visitations, GMS Leadership will schedule an appointment for the appropriate team member to visit your business in person wherever possible.
Regarding GMS Small Business Marketing Packages
Q: Do I have to do any setup?
A: If you already have an existing business Facebook/Instagram, or other social profile, just add us to your account and we’ll take care of the rest! *Note, we require admin access in order to properly integrate with your account.
Q: How can I view my performance reporting?
A: We tie in directly with Facebook & Google’s advertising platforms and display the data within your personalized dashboard! Our data displays real-time, meaning you won’t have to wait to see how your marketing is performing.
Q: What’s the minimum Ad Spend requirement?
A: For your success, we recommend a minimum budget of $200/month. Keep in mind, every industry is different and you may need a stronger budget to stay competitive in your local market. There is no monthly commitment for your budget, so you can fluctuate your budget as needed. We’ll update you when you’re running low on ad budget or when there’s a cost reduction in leads so we can spend more aggressively. For more information, please reach out to our marketing specialists.
Q: How long does it take to launch a campaign?
A: We get cranking on your advertising campaign as soon as you start with us. Our typical turn time for your first campaign to go live is 3-5 business days. As we continue optimizing your platform, your campaigns will launch faster & more efficiently.

Q: How long does a retargeting integration typically take?
A: While integrations may vary due to multiple factors, such as site updating time-frames, the average rollout time is approximately 15-20 days.

Q: How does Listing Distribution work?
A: Listing Distribution submits your business information to the main data aggregators:
Over time, hundreds of sources will reference these aggregators to collect business data and create accurate listings based on your submitted information. This includes search engines, navigation systems, voice search, mobile apps, and even offline sources like telephone books and government records.
When multiple sources have consistent business data, two outcomes occur:
Search engine crawlers, like Google’s WebCrawler, finds the same information in multiple places and adds more confidence to their business data
Good backlinks are created with more referring sources to the business’ website creating better SEO.
Q: What is a data aggregator?
A: Data aggregators gather consumer and business data and provide it to hundreds of listing directories, review sites, search engines, and more. They also power sophisticated modern applications such as Apple’s Siri and personal navigation systems.
Q: How often can I make changes to my business profile?
A: You can update your business profile as much as you want while your Listing Distribution subscription is active. There’s no limit on the number of changes you can make.
Q: How often are listings sent to the data aggregators?
A: When a listing is created or modified in our system, the information is sent within 24 hours. The data aggregators receive this data and provide us with confirmation within 6-8 weeks.
We also resubmit your listing data once every week to ensure that aggregators always have the most accurate version of your listing.
Q: Where do listings come from, anyway?
A:Online directories get business information from a huge number of sources, including:
– Business owners entering their own information
– Government sources
– User-generated content (UGC)
– Google sources (MapMaker, Places, etc)
– Data aggregators
However, the most importantly weighted information in the U.S. comes from the major data aggregators.
