Golden Medina Services (GMS) partnered with Xevant to execute a high-touch, executive outreach campaign in support of Xevant’s strategic collaboration with Mercer. While Xevant was an ongoing marketing client, this initiative was designed as a standalone activation to mark a major partnership milestone and introduce the collaboration to select prospective organizations in a tangible, memorable way.

Rather than relying on traditional digital outreach alone, the campaign centered on a curated, physically delivered experience aimed at senior decision-makers. GMS worked closely with Xevant to identify priority businesses, research and validate individual contacts, and ensure accuracy across all recipient information prior to fulfillment.

In parallel, GMS supported message development for the partnership announcement, collaborating on the language used in the news release and creating a complementary half-sheet invitation that encouraged recipients to explore Xevant’s performance optimization software. All creative elements were designed to align with both Xevant and Mercer’s brand standards while reinforcing the credibility of the collaboration.

To complete the experience, GMS sourced and designed a custom, premium metallic drinkware item co-branded with both organizations. Each outreach package was carefully assembled in-house by the GMS team, combining the premium item, the printed partnership news release, and the invitation flyer into a cohesive executive package. GMS then handled all fulfillment and logistics directly, coordinating shipment through FedEx to ensure timely and professional delivery.

This project demonstrates GMS’ ability to operate beyond digital channels by combining strategy, research, creative, and physical execution to support high-stakes B2B partnership initiatives.
